What we're all About

Simplicity is prerequisite for reliability - Dijkstra

Our culture is centered around building a practical user experience, with reliable software. We want to help more organizations deliver an increasing number of rides. At the same time we want to have a great time building technology as it is a general passion of ours. The above quote really rings true for us, because often people will over complicate a problem and inject technical issues causing unreliable software. In reality they should have operated under a perspective of simple assumptions.

We are a small, fast development team that is working closely with rural volunteer transportation organizations to develop technology that is just what you need, and nothing more. Rural volunteer transportation isn't an after thought to us. It is our main focus. And we, along wth our partners, believe we do it better than anyone else and at a cost that promises not to squeeze out organizations, regardless of their size or financial ability.

Jonathan Mingola

Software Development Lead

I’m as enthusiastic as any for the latest new tech, but I believe first and foremost that software should be intuitive and rewarding to use. I’ve spent more than a decade in the industry working as a software developer, but I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work on something that can make a difference in people’s lives.

My interests: baseball, car and motorcycle restorations, mountain biking.

Kyle Shannon

Data/Design Lead

I enjoy empowering people with technology while lowering its barrier to use through thoughtful and practical design. I spent a few years traveling the country teaching kids and adults about science. I had a great time and met a lot of wonderful people.

My Interests: machine learning, neuroscience, craft beer, coffee, reading and tennis.
